Cine este obligat prin lege sa gandeasca/redacteze/emita FISA POSTULUI intr-o universitate - angajatul sau angajatorul ?

2. Daca parata-UTCN sustine ca a furnizat reclamatei Cistelecan R. Mihaela documentele solicitate (cataloage de note - constand in fals in inscrisuri oficiale) iar reclamanta sustine ca acestea nu i-au fost niciodata furnizate - OARE care este adevarul ????
Dvs. ati vazut cataloagele ? Eu, niciodata !!!

In naivitatea mea chiar am crezut ca judecatorii de la Curtea de apel sunt competenti si incoruptibili !! M-am inselat.

Sper sa vina curand judecatori din lumea civilizata si sa ne salveze, nu sunt naiva... Cuza chiar asa a facut, a adus judecatori destepti si necorupti din lumea civilizata !

Este vorba (vezi mai sus) despre decizia civila 1116/2010, presedinte Liviu Ungur. Dar dvs., d-le judecator, stiti cu siguranta despre ce este vorba.

Observ ca in lipsa unul control competent, obiectiv, profesionist al CSM orice judecator poate pretinde ca este sarac cu duhul pentru a da o decizie/ sentita dupa bunul plac si interes. Cum sa invinovatesti un judecator ca nu intelege un dosar desi acesta contine inclusiv raspunsuri competente si de bun simt de la Inspectia muncii ? Oare de ce la Inspectia muncii sunt angajati si oameni competenti ? ... Gresit - acestia ne dau impresia ca am trai intr-o tara civilizata cu legi de respectat si respectate ?! Sau poate cunoscute ? Legi cunoscute ? Gresit...

Sincer, ma intreb cum alegeti dosarele in care "pretindeti ca sunteti" sarac cu duhul ...adica nu intelegeti ce cititi in dosar ...sau va faceti ca nu intelegeti... las la alegerea dvs.

a semnat petitia - nici dumneaei nu prea pricepe ce citeste, nu-i asa ? Dvs. stiti foarte bine la ce ma refer, d-le judecator.

Poate aveti o explicatie de bun simt in acest sens ?! Daca este de bun simt explicatia dvs. poate percep altfel civilizatia care ne inconjoara la tot pasul...in justitie...
