In contextul dezbaterilor care au loc cu privire la legea de salarizare unitara a bugetarilor si noua lege a pensiilor, Societatea pentru Justitie (SoJust) solicita decidentilor politici si structurilor sindicale sa tina seama de anumite principii menite sa prezerveze independenta justitiei.

Salariile tuturor magistratiilor la nivel de ministrii?
Iata cum stateau lucrurile in SUA in 2005:
Presedinte -400 000$
"Parlamentar" -162 000$
Jud. C.Suprema -208 100$
Jud. district court-162 000$

Dar sint doar +600 astfel de judecatori (US. district judges) in tota SUA.
Daca consideram proportiile atunci ai putea avea la noi 100 de judecatori cu salarii egale cu ale parlamentatilor?
Cum ramine cu restul?

Poate ca ar trebui vorbit (a se citi rezolvat) problema incarcaturii cu dosare a magistratilor, ceea ce ar trebui sa duca obligatoriu la normarea muncii.
Nu poti face justitie cat timp lucrezi dosarele ca pe banda.
Aici ar trebui intervenit si odata rezolvata aceasta chestiune sunt sigura ca si calitatea actului de justitie va fi mult imbunatatit .

Reformati sistemul astfel incat cei tineri dar buni sa poata fi promovati rapid si sa beneficieze de salariile bune a celor din varful ierarhiei!

A da beneficii exagerate pentru orice pozitie din sistem e de fapt o capcana menita sa-i plafoneze pe tineri, care sa se complaca in situatia pe care o au si nu fie motivati sa progreseze in cariera deranjandu-i astfel pe dinozauri. Asa se deplaseaza conflictul sanatos care ar trebui sa existe intre generatii in justitie (care ar trebui si putea curata sistemul) intr-un conflict intre tinerii din justite si contribuabili.
